Analysis of The Relationship Between Cases of Arboviruses and Climatic Variables In Cities In The State of Paraíba
Arboviruses, such as Dengue, Zika, and Chikungunya, represent a signifi-cant global public health threat, with their incidence strongly influenced by climatic variables. This study investigates the relationship between the oc-currence of these arboviruses and environmental factors, including tempera-ture, precipitation, and humidity, in three cities in Paraíba, Northeast Brazil, between 2013 and 2023. Using epidemiological and meteorological data, the exploratory analysis identifies key patterns and correlations between climatic conditions and disease transmission. When combined with urban-ization, these factors can create favorable conditions for the vector's life cy-cle. These findings provide valuable insights for public health strategies, particularly identifying the specific intervals of climatic variables that have a greater influence on the occurrence of the observed diseases.
