Through a systematic review of the literature and the collection of data via surveys and interviews with graduates and employers, key trends regarding the use of digital badges were identified.
The article presents several case studies: one from the Universidad Tecnológi-ca Israel, where a pilot program led to a 30% increase in job applications among graduates who received digital badges; and another from the Polytechnic Univer-sity of Valencia, where 75% of students reported improved employability thanks to these credentials.
